<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method of forming nonslip embossment without requiring expertise to reducing a variation in finished embossment, with a shortened construction period and reduced costs.SOLUTION: An elastic chip is kneaded with a curable binder and laid on a base 1 to form an elastic layer 3, the surface of which is then coated with a curable resin to form a finish coating layer 4. A pattern sheet 5 having irregularity on an under surface thereof is placed on a surface of the unhardened finish coating layer 4, and the pattern sheet 5 is peeled off after the finish coating layer 4 is hardened. Since embossment is formed only by placing and peeling off the pattern sheet 5, work is easy and no expertise is required, and finished embossment has less variation compared to a conventional technology such as a roller, spraying and topping. Because an embossment forming process is immediately performed without waiting for hardening of the finish coating layer 4, time equivalent to one process (time required for hardening the finish coating layer 4) is eliminated, so that a shortened construction period and cost reduction can be attained.</p> |
