<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversal spoon made easy to scoop viscous jam or the like and to remove the jam accumulated in the recess of a scooping part.SOLUTION: A spoon comprises a grip, and a scooping part having a recess jointed to the grip. The scooping part is formed of a peripheral edge part and an inner part, of which the peripheral edge part is made highly rigid whereas the inner part is made lowly rigid, so that the recess can be turned back into a convex shape. The scooping part of the reversal spoon may be thick at the peripheral edge part and thin at the inner part. The recess of the scooping part may be turned back to have a convex shape upward so that the jam or the like stored in the recess can be wiped off by bread, a container or the like.</p> |
