<p>The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device (OLED) capable of improving the color property of the OLED with a blue emission material layer (EML) which are commonly formed on a green EML and a red EML which are soluble, and to a method for manufacturing the OLED capable of improving the manufacturing efficiency of the OLED. The OLED according to the embodiment of the present invention includes an organic light emitting diode formed on a plurality of pixels. The organic light emitting diode includes an anode electrode, a hole injection layer and a hole transport layer of red, green, and blue regions which are formed on the anode electrode, the red EML which are formed on the red hole transport layer, the green EML which is formed on the green hole transport layer, a soluble electron transport layer which is formed on the red and green EMLs, a buffer layer which is commonly formed on the soluble electron transport layer and the blue hole transport layer, the blue EML which is commonly formed on the buffer layer, an electron transport layer and an electron injection layer which are formed on the blue EML, and a cathode electrode which is formed on the electron injection layer.</p> |
