PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoluminescent toner that can provide images that have suppressed the occurrence of color streak-like image defects caused by the deformation of a cleaning blade.SOLUTION: A photoluminescent toner has toner particles including a photoluminescent pigment, and toner particles not including the photoluminescent pigment and including a yellow colorant. When the cross section of each of the toner particles is observed to check whether or not the photoluminescent pigment is included and whether or not the yellow colorant is included in the entire toner particles, a ratio of toner particles not including the photoluminescent pigment and including the yellow colorant to toner particles not including the photoluminescent pigment is 50 number% or more.
