PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, a method of detecting failure of roadside device and a system of detecting failure of roadside device capable of precisely detecting a failure of a roadside device.SOLUTION: The information processor includes: an acquisition section; and a detection section. The acquisition section acquires, from a roadside device, a piece of communication information of a communication which has been made between a roadside device and an apparatus mounted on a vehicle which has passed a position where the roadside device is disposed. In the acquired communication information, when the ratio of failure information, as a ratio of the number of the pieces communication information including failures with respect to total number of pieces of communication information excluding at least a part of communication information which satisfies a predetermined exclusion condition of communication information, exceeds a predetermined threshold value, the detection section detects a failure of the roadside device. |
