PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect an actual state of a facility such as an electric pole, a cable, and a closure and further to determine whether the detected actual state of the facility is within a predetermined range.SOLUTION: Facility management data of an e.g., electric pole are extracted from a two-dimensional facility DB 30 by a three-dimensional facility detection device 50 and, while defining a coordinate value of an installation position in the extracted facility management data as a reference, a columnar space including the electric pole is set on a three-dimensional point group DB 20 storing all three-dimensional point group data of a 3D mapping system. Three-dimensional point group data corresponding to a feature of an outer shape of the electric pole are extracted from three-dimensional point group data within the set columnar space, and a three-dimensional object corresponding to the electric pole is detected. A state of the electric pole such as a tilt angle is detected from the detected three-dimensional object corresponding to the electric pole by a three-dimensional facility state detection device 60. |
