PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately adjust heating conditions in response to a conveyance speed of a nonwoven fabric in a bulkiness recovery apparatus for a nonwoven fabric.SOLUTION: There is provided an apparatus for recovering bulkiness of a nonwoven fabric by blowing hot air to the nonwoven fabric that is conveyed in a conveyance direction to heat. The apparatus includes: a conveyance unit for conveying the nonwoven fabric; a heating unit that includes a case member through which the conveyed nonwoven fabric enters and exits and a jetting port for jetting the hot air into a space inside the case member and is for blowing the hot air from the jetting port to a surface of the nonwoven fabric that is conveyed in the space inside the case member to heat; and a control unit for controlling a conveyance speed of the nonwoven fabric that is conveyed by the conveyance unit and changing conditions when the nonwoven fabric is heated according to the conveyance speed of the nonwoven fabric.
