PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which keeps a hue of a colored layer suitably although having a clear layer containing an inorganic particle and has a good matte surface.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet has a decorative layer 2 containing a colorant on a substrate 3 and a clear layer 1 containing a wet-gel-processing silica particle of an average particle size of 5μm or smaller, measured by the Coulter counter method (AP50μm) on the decorative layer 2. Although having a matte surface, the decorative sheet keeps suitably the hue of the decorative layer 2 under the clear layer 1 and reduces the difference in hue due to presence or absence of the clear layer 1 even when used by combination with a decorative sheet having no clear layer 1.
