PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a case where a circuit for supplying power to a memory card affects other devices mounted in a vehicle after an accessory power supply of the vehicle is turned off.SOLUTION: A data storage controller controls a memory card which has a data-rewritable non-volatile memory and operates on externally supplied power. A DC/DC converter 23 is powered by +B voltage and generates a card operating voltage VDD for operating the memory card. When a delayed ACC process is completed after a vehicle accessory power supply is turned off, a main microcomputer, shutdown signal control section 24, and transistor 42 set a main control signal input terminal 14 to high level to set a shutdown terminal SHDN of the DC/DC converter 23 to low level, thereby halting the operation of the DC/DC converter 23 . |
