Further, the collation section 42c collates third image data obtained by collating the first image data with the second image data, with the second image data. A calculation section 42d calculates a relative position between the first part and the second part on the basis of collation results of the collation section 42c. An inspection section 42e inspects the assembly on the basis of the relative position calculated by the calculation section 42d.</p>
