PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil component capable of implementing high common mode impedance at the same frequency, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A coil component includes: a lower magnetic body 110; primary and secondary lower patterns 121 and 122 provided spirally side by side on the lower magnetic body 110; a lower insulation layer 130 for covering the primary and secondary lower patterns 121 and 122; primary and secondary upper patterns 141 and 142 connected electrically with the primary and secondary lower patterns 121 and 122, respectively, provided spirally side by side on the lower insulation layer 130, and corresponding to the primary and secondary lower patterns 121 and 122; and an upper magnetic body 150 provided on the primary and secondary upper patterns 141 and 142. The primary and secondary upper patterns 141 and 142 have a portion intersecting the primary and secondary lower patterns 121 and 122 in plan view.
