<p>The invention relates to a lever-based traction mechanism comprising two levers (4, 3) oscillating alternatively about respective coaxial shafts (8, 9), the movements thereof being coupled to one another using an intermediate rocker arm (5). The oscillating levers (4, 3) are secured to respective coaxial toothed wheels (6, 7) which, by means of respective rectifier and step-up transmissions (6-10-12-14-16-18-20; 7-11-13-15-17-19- 21) using free wheels (12,13,20,21), convert the oscillating movement of the levers into a continuous circular movement of a common output shaft (22). With this structure it is possible to make better use of human force in order to propel a vehicle.</p> |
