A mobile induction and power-generation device, comprising an inductive movement magnetic element (10), a displacement movement magnetic element (20) and an induction coil (30); more than one group of two neighboring magnetic poles with opposite polarities of the displacement movement magnetic element move or shift along a movement track relative to the inductive movement magnetic element; the induction coil is disposed at a position near the inductive movement magnetic element or the displacement movement magnetic element to sense an alternating magnetic field generated by the movement of the inductive movement magnetic element or the displacement movement magnetic element, and the induction coil generates an induced current due to the alternating magnetic field.
