<p>An arrangement and method for thermal control in buildings and enclosed transport spaces in vehicles such as trucks and railway carriages is described. The invention is directed to the provision of an airflow pathway between two layers of the wall or preferably a wall and an outer non-structural layer or skin. The airflow may be directed into a sub-roof space and out via the eaves through vents in the roof. The airflow pathway is preferably directed to large volume airflow with a substantial space between the layers. Spacers may be provided by brackets and battens. The arrangement may include an electricity generating device located in the airflow pathway.</p> |
