<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that uneven surfaces of concrete, mortar, and tile walls have a difficulty in securing suction force to a wall face because of much vacuum leakage with a small-flow vacuum pump.SOLUTION: In a vacuum suction pad, a vacuum seal wall in a peripheral edge part that forms a vacuum chamber is a double-structured seal wall of an inner seal wall and an outer seal wall. The inner seal wall has a predetermined height, keeps the seal outer edge on a contact surface side spreading in a shade form, and is provided with a cross section at an acute angle. The outer seal wall is lower than the inner seal wall by a predetermined millimeter height, comprises a flat predetermined width on the contact surface, makes the flat part energize the outer edge of the inner seal wall to the contact surface side, and is provided in the outer peripheral part. Further, a water-retaining elastic body is provided between the inner seal wall and the outer seal wall to comprise a structure of forming a liquid seal wall.</p> |
