PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fusion protein for protein detection which has high flexibility, high detectability, and high stability.SOLUTION: The invention provides a fusion protein for protein detection obtained by fusing a protein domain containing at least one of C1 domain of protein G, C2 domain of protein G, and C3 domain of protein G; double mutant D153G/D330N substituted Asp amino acid residue in position 153 of Escherichia coli alkaline phosphatase (BAP) by Gly and substituted Asp amino acid residue in position 330 by Asn; double mutant D153H/D330N substituted Asp amino acid residue in position 153 of Escherichia coli alkaline phosphatase (BAP) by His and substituted Asp amino acid residue in position 330 by Asn; or double mutant K328R/D330N substituted Lys amino acid residue in position 328 of Escherichia coli alkaline phosphatase (BAP) by Arg and substituted Asp amino acid residue in position 330 by Asn.
