A system for issuing and managing mobile gift certificate is provided to classify mobile gift certificates by category, display the same, and issue a mobile gift certificate to which discount is applied on the basis of the place of installation and card information, by comprising: a gift certificate issuing server that issues a mobile gift certificate; a gift certificate managing server that receives and manages the mobile gift certificate issued by the gift certificate issuing server; and a gift certificate issuing terminal that marks the managed mobile gift certificate by being connected with the gift certificate managing server and issues the paid mobile gift certificate to the mobile device of the receiver by being connected with a payment system. |
