This invention relates to a tube cutting and shearing apparatus which cuts the inner and outer surfaces of a tube by allowing a movable die and a movable punch to provide shearing force to the tube in the direction of the circumference of the tube and to slide on the inner and outer surfaces of the tube while a fixed die and a fixed punch hold the tube, thereby preventing scattering of shavings and burr on a cutting plane. Moreover, the invention prevents noise by turning the moving die and the moving punch up at an angle of 20 degrees. |
