The present invention relates to a midsole for distributing pressure of the mesopodium and metatarsal and shoes having the same. A mesopodium is installed on a central upper metatarsal part and mesopodium part of the midsole to support the mesopodium by upwardly protruding towards a portion for accommodating an inner sole. A bridge part groove is installed on a lower metatarsal part. A bridge unit consists of three components improved to support a joint between the metatarsal body and the basitarsus metatarsal. |
