<p>A wireless communications terminal using a plurality of wireless communications networks according to the present invention determines a first wireless communications network of a connection state. For example, a network usage policy is determined according to whether an access point (AP) providing a Wi-Fi network belongs to a specific type or not. When the determined network usage policy is a first policy, a service speed which can be provided in a current point of the first wireless communications network can be used without restriction of receiving data of determined content. When data received through the first wireless communications network is insufficient, a second wireless communications network of a connection state is used. For example, a mobile communications network of a cellular method is used for receiving data of the content. When the determined network usage policy is a second policy, the usage for the first wireless communications network is controlled under or equal to the determined reference. A part which the content requests over or equal to the determined reference is supplemented with the second wireless communications network.</p> |
