Disclosed is a closing valve A which is provided with a joint function unit (20) reducing a diameter of a clamp ring (40) to connect a pipe (P) and which airtightly locks the joint function unit (20) without reduction in the sealing performance. The joint function unit (20) includes a cylindrical joint body (21) constituting one end of a flow path (13) in a housing (10), a cylindrical clamping member (32) which is threadingly engaged with the joint body (21), the metal clamp ring (40) surrounding the pipe (P) inserted in the joint body (21), a diameter reduction unit (54). The closing valve A is provided with a sealing member (60, 70, 80, 90) which is detachably attachable to the joint function unit (20) and is capable of limiting flow of refrigerant in the joint function unit (20) in non-contact with a seal area (first and second biting portions 49 and 50) of the clamp ring (40) in cooperation with the pipe (P). |
