The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing nitrogen or oxygen using three towers. The present invention provides an apparatus for separating and manufacturing nitrogen or oxygen from raw gas including nitrogen and oxygen via an adsorption process, a pressure equalization process and a desorption process, and a gas manufacturing method, the gas manufacturing apparatus comprising three adsorbing towers filled with an adsorbing agent for adsorbing one among nitrogen and oxygen included in the raw gas, wherein if two adsorbing towers among the three adsorbing towers conduct a adsorption process, the remaining one adsorbing tower conducts a desorption process, and if two adsorbing towers among the three adsorbing towers conduct a pressure equalization process, the remaining one adsorbing tower conducts an adsorption process. According to the present invention, high-purity nitrogen or oxygen can be separated and manufactured efficiently from raw gas (air or the like) including nitrogen and oxygen and high productivity, economical efficiency, etc. can be achieved. |
