<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game information management device that analyzes influence of transfer of reserved balls on improvement in an operating rate, when determining whether to permit the transfer of reserved balls as an operation form. <P>SOLUTION: The management device collects operation data such as "outs" and "safes" on the basis of game signals output from devices on the game machine side.
