The system (11) has a flight control module (12) with validating computers (14-1-14-3) and master computers (15-1-15-3) respectively calculating control commands based on preset laws for control of a mobile flight surface of an aircraft. An actuator (13) has logical control and monitoring units (18, 19) to compare the commands and determine an action to be executed on the surface. The validating and master computers belong to respective computer assemblies (14, 15). The units have a voting architecture with a voting level for each assembly and an output voting level for the two assemblies.
