<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information meeting a user's preference without discomfort to the user with information overly depending on the purchase history of the user himself or herself in providing information, such as recommendations aimed at purchase behaviors in or around a station. <P>SOLUTION: A behavioral trend server calculates the use trend such as use frequency of the station, staying time in the station, degree of amusement or usability of a store used in or around the station, based on the use history of a non-contact IC card or a portable terminal having the equivalent functions, which is used as a settlement means for use of railways, in or around the station, with such a view that every user has different style for use of the station, and the server characterizes the user of the station with the calculated index. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
