<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a filament of a wasted rope, which makes the wasted rope used in the sea or the like to the filament, and recycles the same. The apparatus for manufacturing the filament of the wasted rope comprises: a cutter (10) cutting the wasted rope; a hopper (1) providing the cut wasted rope; a scutcher (11) beating cotton to untangle the wasted rope supplied from the hoper (1) and make the same to the filament, and having a scutching roller (27) in which a scutching saw blade is formed on an external circumference; and a roller for rolling mills arranged on the rear of the cutter (10).</p> |
