<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which shows a situation of a mobile object within predetermined fixed time without complicating processing, and a display method for the same. <P>SOLUTION: A display device includes: target segment acquisition means for acquiring the number of target segments showing a situation of a mobile object; subtraction value calculation means for calculating a subtraction value obtained by subtracting the number of segments at a display state from the number of target segments for the subtraction value; and switching means for sequentially switching the segments for the subtraction value from the display state to a non-display state, or from the non-display state to the display state one by one to make the segments of the number of target segments into the display state, further includes switching time calculation means for calculating a value obtained by dividing the predetermined fixed time by the subtraction value as switching time, in which the switching means sequentially switches the segments for the subtraction value from the display state to the non-display state, or from the non-display state to the display state one by one for every switching time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
