On the access point device, a plurality of virtual local area networks are formed corresponding to an identical extended service set, wherein the ac - cess point device includes a broadcast key management module for managing a broadcast key encrypting broadcast information; and a broadcast key storage device for storing the broadcast key. In the broadcast key storage device, the broadcast key is stored in a manner corresponding to the virtual local area network identifier of the virtual local area network, wherein the broadcast key management module obtains a corresponding broadcast key by means of the virtual local area network identifier.
