The present invention provides a health care system based on video in a remote health care solution and a method for providing a health care service. To this end, the method for providing a health care service through a terminal, according to one embodiment, comprises the steps of: obtaining images, in which the health care activities of a user for the health care service are photographed, and the measurement information related to the health care activities from a measurement device; determining whether the health care activities are normally carried out on based on the photographed images or the measurement information of the measurement device; and if the health care activities are not normally carried out, displaying an indicator indicating that the health care activities are not normally carried out on a screen of the terminal. |
