<p>A composite component comprising a first joining partner (2), a second joining partner (3) and a joining layer (4) arranged between the two joining partners is proposed. In this case, the joining layer (4) and/or the first joining partner (2) have/has a structure (5) used for predefining a predetermined breaking location into the first joining partner (2) for reducing mechanical stresses. Furthermore, a method for producing a composite component and an electrical circuit assembly comprising such a composite component are proposed.</p> |
