<p>Disclosed is a charge control device for a secondary battery. The charge control device for a secondary battery according to the present invention includes a sensing unit measuring a voltage and a current of the secondary battery; and a control unit calculating the discharge power of the secondary battery by using the voltage and current of the secondary battery measured by the sensing unit when the secondary battery discharges and outputting charge control signals when the voltage of the secondary voltage measured by the sensing unit is within a compensation charge section lower than a preset compensation voltage to charge the secondary battery as much as a charge power amount that the a compensation power is added to the calculated discharge power after the discharge of the secondary battery is completed when charging the secondary battery after the completion of the secondary battery. The present invention is capable of preventing a problem of a gradual decrease due to an increase of a charge and discharge cycle of the secondary battery by compensating the power to be charged to the secondary battery.</p> |
