The present invention provides a mobile card neckwear comprising: a mobile card neckwear main body which has a data storage part, a mobile phone transceiver module, and a touch screen module to be arranged on a circuit board as the exterior, to which power is applied by an ON/OFF button, which is actuated by the operation of the touch screen module, and which carries out the transmission and reception of a mobile phone, mobile payment, work processing, and the download, storage, and actuation of an application; and a mobile card neckwear chain which has a neckwear chain, an external battery, a link for linking the mobile card neckwear main body, a wire, a jack for charging and applying power, which can be hung on the neck of a user, and which is connected to the mobile card neckwear main body to supply DC power. According to the present invention, the mobile card neckwear is a wearable information and communications device such as a smartphone to enable users to freely use their both hands by wearing it on their necks. |
