The present invention relates to a device for cutting a metal plate which comprises: a support part where a metal plate is located upright on an upper surface; a first frame part supported on the upper surface of the support part in a vertical direction; and a cutting part movable along the first frame part in a vertical direction. The cutting part includes a saw blade part cutting the metal plate as rotated clockwise when a rotating shaft is located on the right of the metal plate, and cutting the metal plate as rotated counterclockwise when the rotating shaft is located on the left of the metal plate. The device for cutting a metal plate has no occurrence of burr on a cut surface of the metal plate, and does not require a secondary process.
