<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repairing method that can obtain a repair part that has the durability equal with a sound area even when a partial repair is performed. <P>SOLUTION: The repairing method of a turbine member 1 is characterized as follows. In the turbine member 1 in which an undercoat layer 7 consisting of a metal and a top coat layer 9 consisting of PSZ are formed on a base material 3 in the order, and a peeling part 9c of a concave shape caused on the surface of the top coat layer 9 is buried by a repair part 9b consisting of the PSZ. A PSZ powder for forming a repair part in which the grain size is larger than that of the PSZ powder for forming a sound area used to form a sound area 9a disposed at the surrounding of the repair part 9b, and which is composed by a solid particle is thermally sprayed aiming at a recessed part to form the repair part 9b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
