The present invention relates to functional socks comprising the following: a heel supporting part that is formed at the heel part of the inner surface of the sole of socks, and that is made of an elastic substance such as rubber or silicon, wherein heels of the feet are settled and supported by the heel supporting part. The heel supporting part includes: a heel pad part that has an overall shape of a circle or an ellipse excepting for the frontal part; a heel bone settling hole that is formed in a shape in which the heel pad part does not exist in the center of the hell pad part, that has a width shorter than that of the heel bone (calcaneus), and that has an overall shape of a circle or an ellipse excepting for the frontal part; and a frontal opening part that extends to the front from the heel bone settling hole at the frontal part, and that does not have the heel pad part formed. The functional socks according to the present invention allow the heel supporting part to support the heel bone (calcaneus) stably for alleviating impact on the bone. In addition, the purpose of the functional socks according to the present invention is to improve walking convenience by preventing the heel support from causing inconvenience to walking. Another purpose of the functional socks according to the present invention is to minimize hindrance to blood circulation that is caused by wearing socks including the heel supporting part. |
