A novel sorghum variety designated PHAROLYKE and seed, plants and plant parts thereof. Methods for producing a plant that comprise crossing sorghum variety PHAROLYKE with another plant. Methods for producing a plant containing in its genetic material one or more traits introgressed into PHAROLYKE through backcross conversion and/or transformation, and to the sorghum seed, plant and plant part produced thereby. Hybrid sorghum seed, plant or plant part produced by crossing the sorghum variety PHAROLYKE or a locus conversion of PHAROLYKE with another sorghum variety.
