The present invention relates to an organic optoelectric device comprising: an anode and a cathode facing each other; a luminescent layer which is located between the anode and cathode; a hole transport layer which is located between the anode and the luminescent layer; and an auxiliary hole transport layer which is located between the hole transport layer and the luminescent layer, and to a display device containing the organic optoelectric device. The luminescent layer includes at least one first compound represented by chemical formula 1 and at least one second compound represented by chemical formula 2. The auxiliary hole transport layer includes a third compound represented by chemical formula 2 which is identical to that of the second compound or different from that of the second compound. Chemical formula 1 and chemical formula 2 are defined in the specification.
