The present invention relates to a CD105-CELL of induced pluripotent stem cells having an introduced reprogramming factor and a manufacturing method thereof wherein the induced pluripotent stem cell is allowed to introduce the reprogramming factor to CD105-cells and accordingly has an outstanding efficiency of forming reprogramming and a good colony development, compared with that of introducing the reprogramming factor to CD105+cells, and expresses marker genes of the stem cells, thereby dividing endoderm, mesoderm and ectoderm and being used as a cell treating agent.
