The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing, treating or inhibiting transfer of the cancer with overexpressed K-Ras, which comprises (a) phloroglucinol, salts thereof, hydrides thereof or solvates thereof as an active ingredient at a pharmaceutically effective dose; and (b) a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The composition of the present invention can be used for preventing, treating or inhibiting transfer of the cancer with overexpressed K-Ras. |
