<p>The present invention relates to a underwater curing epoxy paint composition, comprising a mixture of a principle agent which has a liquid epoxy resin, fillers and a reactive diluent; and a curing agent which has an amine curing agent, fillers and benzyl alcohol, and a device for coating the same wherein the underwater curing epoxy paint composition comprises 50-70 wt% of a bisphenol A whose viscosity is 11,500 to 13,500 cps.</p> |
