摘要 A light-emitting device is disclosed comprising a translucent hollow lens comprising a substantially cylindrical inner wall arranged about an axis and defining a LED light source receiving cavity, the lens having an open end and a closed light emitting end, the light emitting end comprising a convex outer surface and a stepped inner surface both concentric with the axis, a hollow casing made of electrically non-conductive material, the hollow casing having a closed bottom and an opening opposite to the closed bottom to define a compartment for receiving the open end of the translucent hollow lens, and a means for securing the open end in the opening. When the LED light source emits light and the lens is viewed from the closed light emitting end, the stepped inner surface forms a series of light dispersing rings concentric with the cylindrical inner wall.
