<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute, at high speed, processing for estimating a position of an object on a moving image.SOLUTION: A random number generation part 101 generates a random number sequence for selection including random numbers as many as samples and a random number sequence for move including random numbers as many as the samples. A random number sequence storage part 102 stores the generated random number sequence for selection and random number sequence for move. As greater a weight applied to a sample point is, more temporary sample points having the same coordinate as the sample point are set by a temporary sample point setting part 103. On the basis of the random number sequence for selection, a temporary sample point selection part 104 selects temporary sample points as many as the samples. On the basis of the random number sequence for move, a temporary sample point move part 105 moves the selected temporary sample points. A sample point setting part 106 sets a sample point of the same coordinate as the moved temporary sample point. On the basis of the coordinate and the applied weight of the set sample point, an object position estimation part 108 estimates the position of the object.</p> |
