PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter having a gasket which is formed without a molding die and has a lower height, the height meaning a projection from a top face being a virtual surface contacting a terminal end of a fiber, or a top face of the filter.SOLUTION: A filter 1 has a gasket 8. The gasket 8 is formed by application on the filter 1 through an original plate without a molding die. The gasket 8 is applied on the filter 1 by a nozzle 7. The gasket 8 is applied on the filter 1 by the temperature-controlled nozzle 7. |
