<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible electrode consisting of a polymeric material dispersed with an electric conductive material and suppressed in increase of volume resistivity in a stretched state, and to provide an electro-device using the flexible electrode.SOLUTION: A flexible electrode, and an electro-device and an electrostrictive actuator using the flexible electrode, are provided. The flexible electrode is molded from an elastic polymer material and a conductive elastic polymer composition containing an electric conductive material dispersed in the elastic polymer material. When the flexible electrode is stretched, in comparison with a length in non-stretching, in a range of 1-150% of stretching, a volume resistivity becomes lower than a volume resistivity in non-stretching.</p> |
