FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator comprises a base, a resilient mesh element and washers interacting with bushes. The base is made as a plate with mounting holes. The resilient mesh element is fixed by the upper and lower washers. The lower washer is rigidly connected to the base. The upper washer is connected to the central ring embraced by a coaxially set ring rigidly connected to the base. The resilient element including a spring with built-in damper is installed between a packing washer and the base. The spring is a screw cylindrical one and consists of two parts with on-coming ends. The first spring part is fitted with turns of rectangular section with rounded edges and the second part is hollow. The on-coming end of the first part is located in the cavity of the second part. The gaps of segment profile of contacting spring parts are filled by antifriction grease. A sealing gasket is mounted at the end of the second spring part to prevent grease leakage. The first part of the screw spring is embraced by a tube from damping material, for example, polyurethane.EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode.4 cl, 3 dwg |
