PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroponic device and hydroponic method which can shorten a period of dormancy of a plant.SOLUTION: A hydroponic device cultivates a plant body 100 by circulation of nutritious liquid 110. The hydroponic device has a cultivation tank 1 that stores the nutritious liquid 110, a support part 2 that supports the plant body 100, a nutritious liquid supply part 3 that supplies the cultivation tank 1 with nutritious liquid 111, a nutritious liquid discharge part 5 that discharges the nutritious liquid 110 from the cultivation tank 1, and a germination promoter supply part 4 that supplies a lateral root 103 of the plant body 100 with germination promoter 112. Thus, the plant body 100 is germinated. |
