<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process user access by properly using different environments such as a cloud environment and a radio environment.SOLUTION: A vehicle communication system 1 comprises: a server 3 which exists in a cloud environment; an on-vehicle device 5 which is mounted on a vehicle and exists in a radio environment; and a gateway 25 which switches a connection destination of user access between the server 3 and the on-vehicle device 5. When the gateway 25 connects the user access to the server 3, the server 3 stores control information input by the user, and when the gateway 25 changes the connection destination of the user access from the server to the on-vehicle device 5, the server 3 transfers the control information stored in the server 3 to the on-vehicle device 5, and the on-vehicle device 5 executes the control information.</p> |
