PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent extension of scattering of radioactive dust at a time of unloading nuclear reactor equipment or unloading fuel debris.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a nuclear reactor equipment unloading or fuel debris unloading method including: installing a working house that includes an opened/closed shield plate and an isolation film in a nuclear reactor building; and curing the working house with the isolation film at a time of unloading nuclear reactor equipment or fuel debris.
