<p>The present invention is to provide a method for improving salt-resistance of a plant by regulating the expression of cold regulated protein 15A (COR15A), and a transgenic plant with increased salt-resistance by using the same. According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of a transgenic plant with regulated salt-resistance is provided through improved expression of cold regulated protein, which can provide a transgenic plant having resistance against growth inhibition and cell damage due to a high-salt stress. The method for improving the resistance of a plant against the high-salt stress comprises: (a) a step of combining a cold regulated 15A (COR15A) gene isolated from Arabidopsis thaliana to be able to operate to an overexpression promoter and injecting the same into a vector; (b) a step of transforming a plant by using the vector with the inserted COR15A gene; and (c) a step of overexpressing the COR15A gene in the transgenic plant.</p> |
