PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of reducing and preventing an inter-bump short circuit and an inter-terminal-bump short circuit, even when the number of conductive particles in an ACF is large.SOLUTION: A display device includes a display panel, and a driver IC that is connected to the display panel via an ACF. The driver IC comprises an input-side bump and an output-side bump 121a. A flow acceleration member 125 is provided on the upstream side of the output-side bump 121a with respect to a flow direction 135 of ACF conductive particles 132 during the heating and pressurization of the ACF. |
